Here are a few ” after ” shots.

Our Burlingame whole house upgrade is complete. Here is the Family Room cabinet. It holds not only the Surround Sound System for the room but also all the electronics for the rest of the home. Marantz, Furman, Crestron, Spatz, Artison and more.

The Master Bedroom is beautiful. A complete HD Home Theater all hidden away. All controlled via Crestron touchscreen. It's as easy to operate as it is good sounding!

The Artison in-wall sub.
Even the Artison in-wall subwoofer is hidden away in this lovely Master Bedroom!

All the speakers in this home are B&W. In-wall or in-ceiling it just doesn't get any better!

2 I-Pod docking stations, FM radio, Blu Ray and 2 Comcast cable boxes are our sources. All accessible and controllable from any room in the house!

We have almost completed our work here. The system looks and sounds remarkable! It is hooked up and working like a dream. One button operation as promised! The TV as you will see looks great in the alcove built for it. Very tight tolerances, a quarter inch in the sides and 1.5 inches at the top and bottom.
The B&W Sig8 NT’s perform as billed. An audiophile listening experience built into the wall! And the sub may be one of the best sub’s in a system we have heard. Seamless bass with no point of origin. The sound will only get better over the next few weeks as things break in.
All of the electronics are hidden away in a remote location. Rotel RSP-1570 and the Rotel RMB -1565 to power the system. A Marantz Blu Ray for stunning picture quality. Furman AC-215 at the LCD Flat Panel TV and an Elite 15 at the component location to protect and condition the AC power. And to insure the BEST in digital music recreation a LINN Majik DS, Digital Streaming Player.
Once the new cabinets are installed and the system has broken in a bit we will go back for one final visit to re-calibrate the sonic performance and do a final calibration on the LCD Flat Panel TV. Until then we can share these photos.

LCD TV from Samgung, 3D-HDTV, B&W Sig8 NT's for right, left and center speakers. The IWS4 in wall sub is to the right behind the paper wall hanging.

- The B&W CWM-684 rears nearly disappeared once the grills were painted.

The TV floating in its alcove.

All the electronics wired and living in their closet.
Here are some photos of a job we just completed. This was a complete overhaul of home electronics. New flat panel TV’s, new Surround Sound Systems, new distributed audio around the house and new control! Simple and elegant.

The Family Room features a 60 inch Pioneer plasma, B&W in-wall speakers, Artison in-wall subwoofer. The electronics are Marantz. Power conditioning by Furman and 1 button operation by Crestron.

The Plasma is mounted on a tilting bracket to ensure a great picture when seated.

We added new B&W in-ceiling speakers in 3 locations in the house.

The Master Suite was kept simple with the use of a B&W Panorama. This Integrated Audio Video Surround Sound System and the TV are all you see. This system is custom programmed for one touch operation using a Crestron PMC-2 remote.
Here is a wonderful play room for the kids that also doubles as a family home theater. We installed a B&W 600 Series speaker assortment and wired back to the closet for the safe and out of site electronics installation. In the closet lives a Marantz Surround Sound Receiver, a Marantz Blu Ray DVD as well as DVR, Wi and PS3. All protected via Furman AC Power Conditioning. One button operation is provided via custom programmed remote control from Crestron.

Family Home Theater and Play Room
Here are some photos of a project we just finished work on in Ukiah.
We pre-wired this beautiful home 6 weeks ago adding a ton of wire for the whole house distributed audio system, the outdoor sound and the home theater pictured here.
Our special thanks go out to John Wascisin. You can see his contribution in the great room design but what you can’t see is his help around the job. It made this home a joy to work on as well as a beautiful finished project.

The Nuvision 52 inch LCD HDTV will hang here.

Better looking when finished! B&W CM-7's and matching CMC-2 center. Marantz Blu Ray and DVR are hidden in the corner cabinet. Ruth guarding the entire installation!

The back of the room where the electronics will be installed.

and now full of good things. A Marantz SR7002 Surround Sound Receiver, Rotel RB-1562 Power Amp to power the distributed audio around the house and outdoors. Crestron PMC-2 and I-Pod Docking Station.

The Dining Room

Music in the kitchen!

B&W WM-6 weather proof monitors sound great in this installation!

Outdoor speakers on the rear patio.

We got involved in a technology update of a job originally done by my previous company and my old partner. It was beautiful then and even more so now. Behind these gorgeous cabinet doors hides a complete home theater and the horsepower for the distributed audio in the rest of the home.
This East Bay family room adjoins the kitchen and so the plasma not only hides away but pulls far enough out to turn and face the kitchen area while the home owners cook and enjoy meals. This is done with the assistance very well made Chief Swing Out Arm Plasma bracket.
We updated the Surround Sound receiver to the new Marantz SR-8002 to power the existing B&W 600 Series speakers and sub. We also added a Marantz BD-5004 Blu Ray DVD player. Updating the receiver to a model that would switch HDMI gave us the chance to upgrade the cabling on the video end to HDMI. In doing so we greatly improved the picture. We added a Furman AC Conditioner and re-wired the entire system for improved neatness and performance.
Then we did what the customers wanted the most. We gave them ONE BUTTON OPERATION! We installed and programmed one of the NEW Crestron Prodigy PMC-2 Media Controllers. What a dream it is.
With well thought out programming we were able to allow the everyone EASY, ONE BUTTON operation.
One of the great features of this system; the location of the stored program…..It’s not stored in or outputted from the hand held remote control. Instead it’s stored in the small base unit which is hidden near the components. What does this mean? Simply stated, it means no more waiting for the long, long, long string of IR or RF commands to come out of the remote. No more standing still, pointing the remote and hoping for a successful string of commands to connect and turn everything on. One short burst of RF info from the hand held to the base and it brings up that long string of commands and feeds them from the base unit without fail to the components. So simple, yet so smart. This small features improves the performance of the remote system by a landslide.
This great family and lovely home now has a Surround Sound Theater to match! One everyone can use and enjoy!

This past weekend had our team out in the East Bay, Piedmont to be exact. We installed a sweet little birthday surprise for the lucky dad in this family!
We began by updating the receiver and adding a Rotel 6 channel distribution amp to power 3 zones. We also added a Marantz 5 disc CD changer, the new CC-4003 and a Marantz IPod Docking Station to the electronics closet.
Then we finished by installing two pairs of B&W loudspeakers. One pair of CCM-80 in-ceiling speakers and 1 pair of WM-6 weatherproof outdoor speakers tucked up under the eves.
It all sounded great, was easy for the entire family to use and came in under budget! A good day for us all!
